Walk in for a full Wellness Screening that includes: 

• Cholesterol Screening
• A1C Test - Assesses average blood sugar level and is an important blood test used to diagnose diabetes and also gauges how well a person is managing their diabetes.
• Blood Pressure Screening
• Height and Weight Screening 
• Review of results and consultation with a caring Nurse Practitioner from Inland Hospital.

Or if you prefer to have just a cholesterol or A1C test done, we can do that too!
