Let’s Go! Family Fun Day event

Join us for the Let’s Go! Family Fun Day at Inland Hospital on Saturday, September 14, 2013 between 9am and 12 noon - the 2nd annual event kicking off a year-long series of activities focused on helping families with children lead healthy, active lives. Last year’s first-time event hosted nearly 500 area residents (145 families) for a day of active outdoor fun, quality family time, and learning about healthy lifestyle choices.

The free community event will be held at the Inland Woods trailhead behind Inland Hospital and will include activities promoted by Let’s Go! 5210, an Inland supported program that promotes family involvement in physical activity and healthy eating. Interactive, hands-on activities at the trailhead will include a climbing wall, music and dancing, trail walks, geocaching, Let’s Go! Story Walk, free resources, and information to help local families make healthy choices.  For more information, visit our Let’s Go! Family Fun Series page, contact ewells@emhs.org or call 861-3292.
