Living Well for Better Health

Tuesdays, March 11 – April 15 12:30 - 3 pm: If you or someone you care for is dealing with other ongoing health concerns, this workshop series will help you learn new ways to feel better and be in control of your life.  Learn how to deal with frustration, exercise at your level of ability, work with healthcare providers, set goals, and much more.  A family member, friend or caregiver can also participate.
