Inland Announces Nursing Clinical Excellence Recipient

Release Date: 05/11/2018

Inland is proud to announce that Jessie Wing, RN, a nurse in our Birthing Center, is this year’s Nursing Clinical Excellence Award recipient.

The award is announced as part of National Nurses Week. This tradition celebrates and recognizes the work and talents of the finest nurses at Inland. While we certainly appreciate all the efforts of each and every nurse throughout the year, this special time offers Inland the chance to single out those individuals who have made outstanding contributions.

Jessie has been with Inland for almost five years. She serves as preceptor to multiple new nurses on the Birthing unit. In that capacity (and seen on a daily basis), she has demonstrated the commitment to patient and customer service while providing exceptional care to our patients and their families. Jessie is a skilled registered nurse and delivers care in a personal way that makes every patient feel special.

Please join us in congratulating Jessie and all the nominees for this year’s award. All of them have demonstrated their dedication to their profession and Inland: Aimee Bonnell, RN – Emergency Department; Julius Koenig, RN – Acute Care Unit; Tina Sawtelle, RN – Acute Care Unit; Gina Souza, RN – Inland Family Care Concourse; and Jessie Wing, RN – Birthing Center.
