Save the Date - Women's Wellness Walk

Release Date: 04/05/2018

Inland Hospital is excited to invite women to get outside and walk for good health!

Join us on Saturday, May 19 for a free Women’s Wellness Walk in downtown Waterville to celebrate National Women’s Health Month and focus on your mind, your body, your health!  It’s not a race or a competition – just a fun, brisk walk around the downtown for women of all ages.
  • We’ll guide you on a walking route on downtown sidewalks;
  • Share the many health benefits of walking; and
  • Connect you to more walking locations in our community!
Why a walk activity? We decided to move away from the annual health fair model and, instead, focus on a more active approach to helping women move more. Women told us they want help with easy ways to stay active and control weight. Walking is the best, safest aerobic activity, and we’re fortunate that our community has so many great resources for walking.

Tell your daughter, your mother, your sister and your best friends - get your walking shoes on, and join us for this downtown Waterville wellness journey! Together we’ll take the first (or next) step to a more active life!

Saturday, May 19 – 10am-Noon
Meet at Castonguay Square, downtown Waterville (across from city hall)
Guided walks at 10:15am, 10:45am, and 11:15am

Online pre-registration is available for your convenience, but not required - inlandhospital.org.
