Patients who are uninsured or do not provide us with adequate billing information are responsible for the full payment of their bill.

If you had insurance at the time of your hospital visit and you believe it was not billed, please contact us with your insurance information (insurance policy name and mailing address, subscriber name, group number, and ID number) by calling us at 207-861-3055.

If you are responsible for a bill from our hospital, and are interested accessing our secure online bill payment site to pay your bill online. You may also pay your bill by phone, by stopping in to our office, or by using the return envelope included in your bill.

If your current circumstances make it impossible for you to pay your bill in full, the hospital has established guidelines for short-term payment plans. We will also provide Free Care to patients who meet criteria based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
