Measuring Quality

You deserve to know how your community hospital rates in the quality of care it provides. We’ve created this online report so you can learn the many ways Inland is working to meet and exceed your expectations.

This is part of our commitment to clinical excellence and 5 star customer service. Publicly sharing our quality data shows our dedication to being openly responsible for our results, and it gives you the power to hold us accountable for our performance.

Inland’s safety and quality efforts continue to be recognized with national quality awards from The Leapfrog Group, a national nonprofit group using the collective leverage of large purchasers of health care. Inland Hospital has been recognized again for its dedication to patient safety by being awarded an “A” grade in the spring 2017 Hospital Safety Score, which rates how well hospitals protect patients from preventable medical errors, injuries and infections within the hospital. Inland has received straight A scores for safety since the program began in 2012.

About this quality and safety web page: On the left side of this page you will see the clinical areas we monitor and measure. The information will be updated regularly, typically quarterly.
