A multitude of specialists are available at both Inland Hospital and Eastern Maine Medical Center, our system's advanced medical care center, and include cardiology, pulmonology, rheumatology, obstetrics, endocrinology, orthopedics, oncology, physiatry and vascular care.

Appointments:
Patients are seen by appointment with flexibility in our schedule to handle urgent medical cases. In urgent cases we cannot guarantee an appointment with the healthcare provider of your choice.

Financial Policies:

• Co-payment is required at the time of service.
• Please notify the office staff at the time you schedule your appointment if your visit is related to a workers' compensation claim, motor vehicle accident, or other third-party claim so that payment arrangements can be made.

Telephone Services:

• Our staff handles all incoming phone messages for both healthcare providers. Staff will call you back with their response as soon possible.

• Prescription refills will be called in at the end of each business day.

Answering Service: 861-5332
Our answering service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are ever unable to reach our office for any reason, day or night, please utilize this service. During business hours the message will be relayed to our office staff, after hours the message will be relayed to the physician on-call.

Cancellation Policy:

• 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations.
• We reserve the right to discharge patients from the practice for repeated failure to keep scheduled appointments.

Change in Patient Information:

• Please notify our office of any change of name, address, or telephone number in order to ensure that your medical records are correct. It is also vitally important that we have your current insurance information on file. Please bring your insurance card with you for all appointments.
