Inland Hospital’s 4th Annual Maine’s Biggest Baby Shower is scheduled for Saturday, October 4 between 9 and 11:30 a.m. Expectant parents can plan on a fun-filled morning of baby shower games, gifts, wellness ideas … all designed to help future parents have the happiest, healthiest pregnancy and baby possible.
Experience Maine’s Biggest Baby Shower by visiting the many informative exhibits, attending a helpful talk, enjoying a tour of the “5-star” Birthing Center at Inland, watching the maternity fashion show, and a sampling a massage just for Moms-to-be. Parents will learn important information about breastfeeding, immunizations, car seat safety, hearing screenings, weight loss after pregnancy, local parenting resources, and much more in a casual, fun environment. Meanwhile, expectant dads can visit the “Boot Camp for New Dads” booth for information on the next upcoming session. The Boot Camp for New Dads program offers an opportunity for prospective dads to practice baby care skills under the guidance of experienced dads who bring their new babies to class. And what’s a Baby Shower without food, gifts and games? Be sure to sign up to win a baby stroller, gas cards and much more at the event!
