Waterville Surgical Associates is a specialized practice that provides surgical consults and treatment of medical conditions through surgery at Inland Hospital. Surgical consultations are also available at Inland Specialty Care in Unity. We strive to always provide considerate, attentive care to meet the individual health needs of our patients.

Waterville Surgical Associates will work with your caregiver to help you get the right care. With your permission, we will share any reports or surgical conclusions with them, as well work with them on any needed follow-up care.

Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment with flexibility in our schedule to handle urgent medical cases. We value your time and try to honor your scheduled appointment; please understand however, that unforeseen delays may occur due to emergencies. Please notify the receptionist if you must reschedule and every effort will be made to schedule another appointment at your convenience. Patients are also seen at the
Inland Specialty Care office in Unity. To schedule appointments at this location please call the Waterville office and the staff would be happy to assist you.

Our staff handles incoming phone messages for all surgeons, and will call you back with a response as soon as possible.

Financial Policies
Co-payment is required at the time of service. Please notify the office staff at the time you schedule your appointment if your visit is related to a workers’ compensation claim, motor vehicle accident, or other third-party claim so that payment arrangements can be made. Please obtain insurance authoriza¬tions or required referrals from your primary healthcare provider before scheduling your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations. 
• We reserve the right to discharge patients from the practice for repeated failure to keep scheduled appointments.
